System Performance System performance varies with lens focal length (F) and working distance (D) to the object. Edge, width, and center measurement accuracy are related to field of view at the object plane and specified as a fraction of the field of view. Using proprietary software, the HVS can meet the following accuracies even with significant variations in ambient lighting:
